Day 1 Istanbul – Phuket
We meet 3 hours before the flight at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. (Please note that you must be at the airport the evening before the departure date specified in the tour.) After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Phuket on Turkish Airlines flight TK172 at 01:40. Upon arrival at 15:20 local time, transfer to our hotel and free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent FantaSea Show tour with buffet dinner. (75 Euro) We will first have dinner at this Thai cultural theme park, which is set on a 60-acre area. After dinner, we will tour the park and watch an amazing show in the 1,600-seat grand performance hall, prepared with a 270-degree viewing angle. After this wonderful night, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent James Bond Island tour by speedboat with lunch. (85 Euro) As we travel by speedboat, you will witness the iconic sandstone cliffs rising around you and their reflections in the turquoise waters. On the island named after its appearance in the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun, you will have the opportunity to visit the places and set where the film’s iconic scenes were shot, swim and snorkel in the island’s clear waters, and shop at local markets. After lunch at a local restaurant on the island, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Phi Phi Island tour by speedboat with lunch. (85 Euro) This archipelago, consisting of Ko Phi Phi Don and Ko Phi Phi Lee, became famous thanks to The Beach, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. During our tour, you will have the chance to snorkel, relax in stunning bays, and enjoy this tropical paradise. After lunch at a local restaurant on the island, transfer back to the hotel. Day 4 Phuket – Bangkok – Pattaya
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Phuket Airport. Following a short flight of approximately 1 hour, we arrive in Bangkok, and then continue to Pattaya with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. After a journey of approximately 2 hours, our first stop will be the Gem Museum. After visiting this museum where we will see various valuable objects such as precious stones, diamonds, antique jewelry, and works of art, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Million-Year Stone Park, Crocodile Farm and Elephant Safari tour. (60 Euro) Our next stop after visiting the Million-Year Stone Park, surrounded entirely by original volcanic stones and giant bonsai trees, will be the crocodile farm. We will watch dangerous crocodile shows, then visit the Southeast Asian-style zoo housing many animals and take souvenir photos with tigers. After a brief introduction about elephants, we will ride them and enjoy a pleasant safari through a natural village and forest environment. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Day 5 Pattaya
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Speedboat Coral Island Tour with lunch. (60 Euro) On the white sandy beach of this island, famous for its coral reefs, you will have the opportunity to dive and explore the rich marine life in the turquoise waters, or simply relax and sunbathe. During the tour, we will also have lunch at a local restaurant on the island and enjoy the tropical scenery. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Alcazar’s Magnificent Cabaret Show tour. (VIP Seats – 30 Euro) Get ready to watch one of Asia’s most famous cabaret shows, featuring constantly changing stage acts and costumes. Surprises await you after the show. Day 6 Pattaya – Bangkok
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, our city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. During our city tour of Bangkok, the colorful capital of Thailand and one of Southeast Asia’s major cultural centers, we will see the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building and Democracy Monument, and Thailand’s new tallest building. During the city tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know both Bangkok’s exotic yet modern beauty and Buddhism, which has deeply influenced Thailand. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Asiatique River Front Night Market tour. (10 Euro) Asiatique River Front is one of Bangkok’s popular night markets, located along the Chao Phraya River. Designed as a modern shopping and entertainment complex, it is situated in an old port district with historical character. Asiatique aims to offer visitors a combination of traditional Thai culture with modern shopping and dining experiences, and its location in one of Bangkok’s tourist areas and unique atmosphere make it a favorite meeting point for local visitors as well. Day 7 Bangkok
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Floating Market tour. (50 Euro) In this tour, known as a colorful part of Thai culture and often one of the most popular tourist destinations, we will visit a coconut farm, the famous teak wood workshop, and have the opportunity to shop from local villagers selling handmade products along narrow canals. On the way back to the city, we will also offer fresh tropical fruit, coconut, and pancake treats. After the tour, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Bangkok Canals tour. (30 Euro) On this boat trip through Bangkok’s famous water canals, which divide the city into modern and exotic sections, you will escape the noisy streets and discover local life, the country’s traditions, and architecture from the water. Along the canals, you will observe traditional markets, temples, and the daily lives of local people, discovering a lesser-known and more authentic side of Bangkok. Day 8 Bangkok – Istanbul
After early morning check-out from the hotel, we depart for the airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK 69 at 22:45. Arrival in Istanbul the following day at 05:15 local time, and the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour; if the domestic connection flight purchased from Wtatil is canceled, it will also be refunded to the guest, for visa services and travel health insurance applied for the guest, as these services would have been utilized, they cannot be refunded; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independent from Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in the event of the tour being canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour; Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, Wtatil reserves the right not to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the guidance service included in the package will only cover the airport transfer for international arrival and departure.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date by notifying Wtatil in writing, except for flight tickets that have been purchased and/or committed to by the airline company. If the cancellation is made less than 31 days before the start date of the trip, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee will be charged, and if made 15 days or less before the start date of the trip, the entire tour fee will be forfeited as a penalty. When requesting cancellation, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance, as they may vary depending on the time of cancellation request. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing conditions of the museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours that are included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours that do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites with guide narration from inside the vehicle. If the panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing access to places on the scheduled day and time of the tour, or in cases where the tour cannot be conducted due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to provide the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access is denied due to closed roads or vehicle restrictions.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed or not. This is also valid in case of changes in flight times.
8- For tours made by Speed Boats, guests should observe the following points: they should avoid eating heavy meals and drinking excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There is no refund for not participating in services that are included in the prices such as tours or meal services.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in the event of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to the rules of airlines; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not utilized, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airport before the flight, either at the airline counters or online on the airline company's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times indicated in accordance with the airline regulations for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not get on the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for the guests to participate in the tour after missing the flight, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., are the guests' own responsibility.
17- The general baggage allowance for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (please check your membership with the airline). No guarantee of upgrades is given for each flight. Please check if the tickets for the program are upgradeable.
19- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where hotel(s) are specified only by category information without naming, and/or where options are provided for the same destination, the hotel will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, information will be provided by Wtatil 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest is required to enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number accurately into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees arising from incorrect information that leads to cancellation or changes to flight tickets will be passed on to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use and consult with the company to which your number belongs.
25- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated by Wtatil to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms are according to the guest's preferences based on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast provided in the hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, commonly referred to as a continental breakfast and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two separate beds that can be joined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel, depending on room types.
30- Any additional bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and requires hotel approval.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 maximum.
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, which is smaller than standard beds for the 3rd person assigned a bed. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up of foldable/couch beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the type of bed due to extra beds added to standards in triple rooms and/or reservations with children.
33- In hotel reservations, the number of children to be accommodated with adults and their ages must be accurately declared by our guests. If incorrectly declared, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child rates are only applicable if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are applicable for “one child” within the age group who stays with two adults.
35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The applicable exchange rates are those at the time of payment. Additional requests, some extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel and are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in such a way will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entrance or exit.
37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the traveled country, roadwork and conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of compulsory situations or when deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/ID of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during the delivery to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health problems with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
44- In customs passages/border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps to be applied.
45- Being exempted from visas for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit will be granted; the border police has the authority to refuse entry or exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country's passport should consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any consequences that arise.
47- Due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to be cautious regarding the possibility of being asked for a joint consent document from the parents by the police officer when traveling alone or with only one parent during country entries and exits; it is recommended that minors and their parents are aware of this matter.
