2nd Day: Jeddah - Bangkok 16 March 2026
Then, we depart for Bangkok on Saudi Airlines scheduled flight SV844 at 02:00. After breakfast served on the plane in the morning, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meeting with our guide waiting at the airport and departure by private vehicles for a Bangkok city tour. During the panoramic Bangkok city tour, some of the places to be seen are the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop on the way at a coconut plantation in the town of Samut Songkhram, where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born. Here we learn how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. You may also visit the orchid garden inside. From there, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. After boarding the boats, we enjoy a pleasant half-hour journey through delightful exotic Far Eastern scenery to the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers and in documentaries. You will see the open market set up in canoes on the river and will have the opportunity to shop. GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; if domestic flight connection tickets purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, travel health insurance has been used for applying for a visa in the guest's name will not be refunded as these services are considered used, if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in the event the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If insufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the airport transfer for the international round trip.
Cancellation and Change
4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days prior to the tour departure date, provided they notify Wtatil in writing, except for flight tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline. In case there are less than 31 days left to the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket. In case of cancellation with 15 days or less remaining to the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying the full penalty fee of the tour fee. In the event of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of the cancellation request; thus, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund conditions. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may be changed by the guide according to the status of the museums and archaeological sites in the areas to be visited, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with the guidance in the vehicle that do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including the other tours mentioned in the program, may not be conducted if local authorities do not allow visits or if they are closed due to any event or inaccessible roads, as well as if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum or archaeological sites, in line with the content of our tours. This situation is also valid in the event of any changes to flight times.
8- In tours to be conducted by Speed Boats, guests should refrain from consuming heavy meals and excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- There will be no refund for services provided such as tours or meal services that are included in the prices if they are not participated in.
Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be completed by individuals participating in ticketed tours are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests at the airports prior to the flight, at the respective airline counters, or online through the airline's website.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are communicated via voice announcements at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be followed by guests themselves.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for passengers who miss their flight are their own responsibility.
17- The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline company and the country to which it is being traveled. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra bag weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with their miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be made after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline to which you belong). A mile guarantee cannot be provided for each flight. Please check if the tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class.
19- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may incur additional charges.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any modifications or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where the hotel(s) are specified only by category without mentioning names in the tour program, and/or if options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the trip departure.
23- During registration for the purchased tour; it is required that the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport are entered correctly by the guest into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties arising from cancellations or changes to incorrectly entered information will be charged to the guests.
24- To be able to use your mobile phone abroad, please check with the company to which your line belongs to ensure that your phone is activated for international use before departing from Turkey.
25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Wtatil will communicate room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as continental breakfasts consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer twin-bed rooms that can be combined when necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel, depending on room types.
30- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel based on availability.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 maximum.
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated for the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding and coach beds. Guests indicate that they accept the potential crowding and bed type that may occur due to additional beds added to standard rooms in their bookings with children.
33- If the information about the number of adults and children staying with them in hotel reservations and the ages of the children is misrepresented by our guests, the respective hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts only apply for “one child” who falls within the age group next to two adults.
35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. Exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests or some additional services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) taken at the hotel will be subject to extra charges as determined by the hotel, these expenses are not included in the purchase cost and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes that are being implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- Road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program, in case of mandatory situations or as deemed necessary.
39- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications during the tour, and Wtatil is not liable for lost/forgotten/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the expenses for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medication and medical reports if they have health issues.
41- For potential extra charges, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested at check-in by the hotel. The deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and does not involve Wtatil.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
44- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry-exit stamp to be affixed to your passport.
45- The exemption from visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that you can be admitted to or leave the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry or exit, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures of the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
47- To avoid encountering issues with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; renewing the passports is required. Otherwise, the responsibility rests with the passenger.
48- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to be cautious as there may be a request for a joint consent document from their parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents at entry and exit points; it is recommended that minors and their parents be aware of this matter.
