1st DAY
Istanbul – Seoul
We meet at Istanbul Airport’s international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our journey begins on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK90 at 01:45 to Seoul Airport. We arrive at Seoul Airport at 17:40 local time. After passport procedures, we head to our hotel with our vehicle and have free time to rest at the hotel.
2nd DAY
Seoul
After breakfast, we begin our Seoul tour. During our tour, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street are among the places we will see panoramically. Our first stop, Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, is often called the North Palace because, compared to the neighboring palaces Changdeokgung (East Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (West Palace), it is located farthest north. Next, we will visit Bukchon Hanok Village, whose name means North Village. Hanok are Korea’s traditional houses, and there are approximately 700 Hanok in this village. Then, transfer to Myeongdong, Korea’s most famous shopping and fashion district. On this street, which has shopping and cosmetics stores and many restaurants, you can do any shopping you wish before leaving the country and taste local delicacies. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Seoul and free time to rest.
3rd DAY
Seoul
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Gangnam Square tour. Gangnam, meaning the south of the Han River, is the third largest district in Seoul. In the area that became popular after PSY’s Gangnam Style song, Cheongdam fashion street, Gangnam Station, Bongeunsa Temple, and Starfield Library are among the places we will see panoramically. After our shopping, dining, and photo break, we depart for our boat tour on the Han River. You can enjoy the views of the Han River. Free time until the transfer time announced by our guide. Then transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
4th DAY
Tokyo
After breakfast, we fly to Tokyo with local airlines. With our private bus waiting for us, we begin our Tokyo city tour. Upon arrival in Tokyo, after passport and baggage procedures, we head out for the Tokyo city tour with our private vehicle. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as the center of entertainment and cultural experiences. Shibuya, one of Tokyo’s most famous and lively districts, is home to one of the world’s busiest pedestrian crossings (Shibuya Scramble Crossing). This unique experience lets you feel Tokyo’s energy as hundreds of people suddenly move at each traffic light change. We will see the Hachiko statue, built in memory of a dog known for its loyalty and popular as a meeting point for locals and tourists, as well as many famous shopping centers, and enjoy free time. Also during our tour, Ueno Park and Tokyo Tower will be seen panoramically. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
5th DAY
Tokyo – Akihabara – Ginza - Tokyo
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel by private vehicle. First, we go to Sensoji Temple, built in 645 and known as Tokyo’s oldest temple and one of the most important religious centers of Tokyo since the Edo period. After our visit here, we go to Yodobashi Electric Town, where we can find hundreds of electronics brands together at affordable prices. After the time allocated for shopping, we move on to Ginza, which we can describe as the sophisticated side of modern Japan and a reflection of elegance. In this area, where you can find world-famous brands, Tokyo’s largest shopping centers, and the best restaurants, we will have free time for dinner after our visit. At the time announced by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
6th DAY
Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Oshino Hakkai – Gotemba Outlet – Tokyo
After breakfast, we set off for Mount Fuji, one of Japan’s symbols and the highest mountain in Japan, located on Honshu Island southwest of Tokyo. First, we head to Hakone, located in the Kanagawa region, famous for its views of Mount Fuji and natural beauty. Here, we enjoy this magnificent scenery together with our boat tour on Lake Ashi. After our photo break, we continue by bus to Oshino Hakkai, an area where melting snow combines with underground water to form natural pools. The waters, naturally filtered as they pass through volcanic rocks, are crystal clear. These pools, each of different sizes and depths, allow you to capture a magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in the water. After our tour with our guide, we head to Gotemba Premium Outlet, one of Japan’s largest outlet shopping centers. At the time determined by our guide, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.
7th DAY
Tokyo – Shinkansen (High-Speed Train) – Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi - Osaka
After breakfast, at the time determined by our guide, we leave our hotel and head to the train station for our Shinkansen (high-speed train) journey to Osaka. We only take our daily essentials with us. (Our large suitcases will be transferred separately to our Osaka hotel by the transfer company arranged by our agency.) After a journey of approximately two and a half hours on the high-speed train, which can reach speeds of about 320 km/h, we arrive in Osaka. We then carry out our Osaka city tour, Japan’s second-largest metropolitan area after Tokyo. During our tour, the Umeda Sky Building, consisting of two 173-meter-long structures, will be seen from the outside. After Umeda Sky Building, we move on to Dotonbori, which gained fame in the Edo Period for theater stages and performing arts and is now a lively and entertaining tourist attraction blending traditional Japanese culture with modern entertainment. Osaka is known as Japan’s culinary capital, and the Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi area is full of restaurants that confirm this title. After some enjoyable time in the area, transfer to our hotel and free hours to rest.
8th DAY
Osaka – Kyoto – Arashiyama Bamboo Forest – Kiyomizu Dera – Tea Ceremony – Fushimi Inari - Osaka
After breakfast, we depart by private vehicle for Kyoto, Japan’s former capital and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. After a journey of about 1 hour, we begin our city tour. Kyoto is the only place in Japan not bombed during World War II. The city of Kyoto is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We start our city tour with Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The bamboo forest welcomes visitors with a 500-meter walking path. During this walk, you will enjoy pleasant moments with the sound of the wind through the bamboo and be able to take pictures of the forest. Then we move on to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera is an independent Buddhist temple in eastern Kyoto. The temple, one of the historic monuments of ancient Tokyo, has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Immediately below the main hall is Otowa Waterfall, and the waters flow into a pond through three channels. According to belief, these channels symbolize knowledge, health, and longevity respectively. After our visit, we participate in a traditional Tea Ceremony wearing Japan’s local kimono garments. Our final stop is Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. 9th DAY
Osaka – Nara – Osaka
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our panoramic Nara tour. We start our tour with Todaiji Temple. Built in 752, the temple was constructed to be the head of all Buddhist temples. As its influence grew, the temple began to affect politics in the 8th century as well. Todaiji’s main hall has also entered the record books as the world’s largest wooden structure. This massive building houses one of Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then we visit Nara Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Founded in 1880, it is home to many of Nara’s main attractions, including Todaiji, Kasuga Taisha, Kofukuji, and the Nara National Museum. It is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. After the chance to take photos with the deer wandering around, we transfer to our hotel with a beautiful Kyoto city view and have free time to rest.
10th DAY
Osaka
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel. We go to Osaka Castle with our group. We see Osaka Castle from the outside and give free time for photos. Osaka Castle, a five-story castle with a history dating back approximately 450 years, is one of the country’s most visually magnificent creations, as well as a beautiful testament to traditional Japanese architecture, from its subtle color balance to the elegant patterns and shapes decorating each floor. After free time until the time announced by our guide, transfer to Osaka Airport. After passport and baggage procedures, we begin our flight to Istanbul at 22:25 with Turkish Airlines flight TK87. We arrive in Istanbul at 04:55 local time the next day.
