The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In the refund of additional services purchased separately from the tour; the domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, however visa services and travel health insurance cannot be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using these services, since they will be considered used. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independently of the Agency, no refund can be claimed from the Agency in the event of the Agency’s cancellation of the tour. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not reached for the tour, the Agency reserves the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Changes
4- On our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the cost of these flight tickets, which are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable, will be charged as a penalty.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding the airfare paid and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If there are 31 days or less remaining until the start date of the tour, they may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after the airfare; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the start date of the tour, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and last no more than 2-3 hours, excluding museum and historical site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the content of the tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
9- Important points to note on tours conducted by speedboats: do not eat a heavy meal or drink large amounts of water immediately before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- If the tour or meal services included in the services section of the price are not used, no refund will be made.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of changes or cancellations in flight times.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s website.
16- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the terminal. Guests must follow this information themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, and therefore cannot make the flight. Guests who miss the plane are responsible for all costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets needed to join the tour and for transfers in the destination area, etc.
18- The standard baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles (to business or first class) may do so after the tickets have been issued, subject to availability by the airline (please check the airline of your membership). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- Food, beverages, and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges on some airlines.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply.
22- If the tour program specifies hotels only by category without naming them, and/or offers alternative options for the same destination, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated locations or distances. In such a case, the guest will be informed by the Agency 15 days before the departure date.
24- When booking the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport must be entered into the system correctly / declared by the guest. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees resulting from cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your mobile operator.
26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests related to the room made by the Agency (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Efforts are made to ensure that the assigned rooms match the guest’s preferences according to the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly accustomed to in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by each hotel and room type.
31- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 at most.
33- Extra bed arrangements apply in triple rooms; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or coach beds. Guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type resulting from the extra bed added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child bookings.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify children’s ages.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the “single child” age group staying with 2 adults.
36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, and some extra services you receive at the hotel (mini bar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes in force will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
38- Distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and similar circumstances.
39- In compulsory cases or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of those participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or the person are borne by the owner of the item.
41- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and reports with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, at hotel check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in it.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
2- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport so that entry and exit stamps can be placed.
3- Being exempt from visa requirements or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country to be visited for the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
6- Since children under 18 may be asked by the police officer at entry/exit points to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be particularly careful about this matter.
