Day 1 — ISTANBUL – TOKYO
We meet our valued guests 3 hours before departure at the All Nippon Airways counter in the International Departures Terminal at Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Tokyo on All Nippon Airways scheduled flight. Overnight on the plane.
Day 2 — TOKYO – OSAKA
Upon arrival, we take an All Nippon Airways domestic flight to Osaka ITM Airport. After arrival in Osaka, we begin a panoramic Osaka city tour. On our tour, we first visit Osaka Castle, a historic castle built in the 16th century and which played a key role in the unification of Japan. Then we head to the Umeda Sky Building, one of Osaka’s landmarks. Located right near Osaka and Umeda train stations, this impressive structure consists of two towers with a height of 173 meters. The towers are connected by a platform on the 39th floor called the “Floating Garden Observatory.” Thanks to both its glass-enclosed interior area and open terrace, the observatory offers visitors unique views of Osaka’s cityscape. After the tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the Osaka by Night Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide (50 EUR per person). During the tour, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, the heart of shopping, and Namba Street, where restaurants are located, are among the places to be visited. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Day 3 — OSAKA
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time. Guests who wish may join the Kyoto & Nara & Kobe Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide (180 EUR per person). Our first stop is Nara. Our first visit is Todaiji Temple, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is one of the largest wooden structures in the country. Then, during our visit to Nara Park, we will have the opportunity to see deer roaming freely in the area. Established in 1880, this park is also home to more than 1,200 wild Sika deer. We give free time at this point and then head to Kyoto. We continue to Kyoto, Japan’s former capital and one of its best-preserved cities, which was spared even in wartime. Upon arrival, we will visit Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion), built according to Zen beliefs and listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After completing our tour, we head to Kobe. During our tour in Kobe, one of Japan’s ten largest cities, located between the sea and the Rokko mountain range and also considered one of the country’s most attractive cities, we will see Kobe Port, Kitano Ijinkan Street, and the iconic Ferris wheel. Then transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4 — OSAKA – TOKYO
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then travel to Tokyo by Shinkansen. This journey, which we will take on the world’s fastest train capable of reaching speeds of 320 km/h, will take approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival in Tokyo, the heart of Japan, we depart for a panoramic Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, this historic temple completed in 645 and said in legend to have been built by two brothers, with the giant entrance gate called “Kaminarimon.” Then our next stop is Nakamise Shopping Street. We give free time on this street, where there are beautiful souvenirs and street foods. Guests who wish may join the Tokyo by Night Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide (55 EUR per person). We head to Shibuya, Tokyo’s center of attraction. In this area, one of Tokyo’s most popular districts and the focus of fashion, entertainment, and shopping, we will visit the famous crossing that has become ingrained in our minds with its human-tide-like pedestrian crossing and lights. The crossing is decorated with neon lights and giant video ads, and when the traffic light turns green for pedestrians, the crossing fills with people, making it a great photo spot. We will also stop for photos in front of the Hachiko Statue here and have the opportunity to learn its story. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5 — TOKYO
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then give free time. Guests who wish may join the Tokyo Combined & Premium Outlet Tour, which will be organized as an extra (125 EUR per person) [Ueno Park & Akihabara Electric Town & East Garden & Shisui Premium Outlet]. On our tour, our first stop is Ueno Park, Japan’s most popular city park, which hosts Sakura and Hanami celebrations and receives more than 10 million visitors annually. Our next stop is Akihabara, one of Tokyo’s most famous neighborhoods, the popular “Electric Town” with various electronics shops and street stalls. Here we give time for shopping. Our next stop is the East Garden of the Tokyo Imperial Palace. After our brief walk here, our next stop is Ginza Street. After free time in Tokyo’s most famous luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment district, home to numerous shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, nightclubs, and cafes, we continue our tour. After finishing our visit here, our last stop of the day is... After the visit, free time and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6 — TOKYO
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then give free time. Guests who wish may join the Hakone & Fuji Volcano & Lake Ashi Tour, which will be organized as an extra (160 EUR per person). We head to Hakone, about 2 hours from Tokyo, which will enchant you with its hot springs, natural beauty, and nature. First, we stop in Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Then our next stop is Owakudani, formed by the eruption of Mount Hakone about 3,000 years ago. This Owakudani, with its sulfurous smoke and hot steam, is still an active volcanic area today. After the tour, we head to Hakone town at the foot of Mount Fuji, our next stop. Here we will enjoy a pleasant boat ride on Lake Ashi, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and witness the natural beauty of the town up close. After the boat ride, free time and return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 7 — TOKYO
We start the day with breakfast at our hotel and then give free time. Guests who wish may join the Kamakura & Traditional Japanese Tea with Bamboo Gardens Tour & Yokohama, which will be organized as an extra (150 EUR per person). Our first stop is the Kamakura Great Buddha, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This bronze statue, 13.35 meters high including its base and weighing approximately 93 tons, is also of great religious-historical importance. After seeing this work, which dates back to 1252 and was made during the Kamakura period when feudalism began in Japan and the samurai emerged, our next stop is Hokoku-ji Temple. Known for its bamboo gardens spread over an area of about 13,000 square meters and holding an important place in Buddhism, this temple was founded by a monk named Tengan Eko to honor the ancestor of the Ashikaga clan. Inside this unique temple, nicknamed “Bamboo Temple” and “Take-dera,” formed by more than 2,000 bamboo plants, we go on a short exploration. In the middle of our visit, we take a short break to drink traditional Japanese green tea. After our visit here, we head to Yokohama. After the city tour in this city, Japan’s second largest after Tokyo, we return to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 8 — TOKYO – ISTANBUL
In the early morning, we check out after taking a breakfast box from the hotel and transfer to Tokyo Airport. After baggage and check-in procedures are completed, we depart for Istanbul on All Nippon Airways scheduled flight. With our arrival, the tour and our services come to an end.
1. On overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for travel abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn-out passports.
2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the visa-required documents list you can obtain from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
3. In the event of fairs, congresses, events, etc. in cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the promised distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before departure.
4. The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, ACENTE is absolutely not responsible if passport police do not allow entry into the country.
5. In case of cancellation of the tour, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
6. ACENTE acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved, is delayed, and/or if errors occur in the visa for any reason; the traveler has no right to compensation from ACENTE in any way.
7. ACENTE acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
8. At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
9. Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by the guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
10. The city where the aircraft lands may vary. ACENTE cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays caused by the airline.
11. ACENTE is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flight transportation experienced by guests who do not confirm flight times and route.
12. The airline rule applies to group tickets; according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
13. The general baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in destination countries, this allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of ACENTE.
14. If the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be cancelled and notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
15. The route specified in the tour program is an example route and may change during the tour.
16. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
17. Tours specified in the programs may, at the discretion of the guide and for any reason, be carried out on a day/days other than those stated.
18. Optional tours along the route will take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at the rest stop.
19. During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodation may be outside the city.
20. Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours may be carried out if there are at least 20 participants; if fewer people participate, they may be operated at the guide’s discretion and, if necessary, with price adjustments. ACENTE cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or excursions.
21. Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the price.
22. ACENTE reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
23. All hotel names specified in the programs are stated as V.B. (or similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be at the hotel name specified.
24. In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.
25. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels used during your trip.
26. Child discounts are valid only for children in a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
27. If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, the required consent documents must be carried with them during the trip.
28. In case of cancellation or change, the “ACENTE SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
