Day 2 DUBAI – BALI
Upon our arrival in Dubai, after the transfer with Emirates Airlines scheduled service, our flight to Bali begins. Our night will be spent on board. Day 3 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our lunch-inclusive Ubud Tegalalang & Kintamani Batur Volcano & Tegenungan Waterfall tour. On our full-day excursion, we will closely explore Bali’s fascinating culture, handicraft art, photogenic rice terraces, traditional villages, and the magnificent views of Mount Batur and its lake. Next, Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art, awaits us. Here, we will watch artists carving intricate patterns into wooden blocks. Then we head to the uniquely beautiful Tegalalang rice terraces, one of the first places that comes to mind when Bali is mentioned. Don’t forget to take plenty of photos here. Our next stop for lunch is Kintamani’s cool mountains. First, we observe Mount Batur from above, with its black lava strips descending toward the valley below and Lake Batur, and then enjoy our lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view. After the meal, we first visit the coffee plantations of the Kintamani region, and then Tegenungan Waterfall, one of the places we will visit, which is the lifeblood of Ubud. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.
Day 4 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our lunch-inclusive Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulun Danu Temple tour. We begin the day by visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means “beautiful garden.” The area was also protected by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, our journey continues toward Bedugul, located in Bali’s highlands. Bedugul is part of Bali, but in every respect it is completely different from its counterparts. Known as the coldest place on the island, Bedugul has a climate entirely different from other areas of Bali. After lunch at a local restaurant in the lush forests surrounding Bedugul, we will see Lake Bratan and the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, which has become the symbol of Bali and has appeared in many productions. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to relax.
Day 5 BALI
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Mengiat Beach in the Nusa Dua region. You can swim in its white sand beach made of ocean coral and its crystal-clear turquoise sea, enjoy a foot massage while lounging on a sunbed, and savor the sea, sand, and sun while sipping a fresh coconut drink. After our beach visit, we head to Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant for dinner. As the sun sets over the beach, we enjoy our seafood platter. IMPORTANT NOTES
Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. Any cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
If there is not enough participation but the tour is still carried out, English-speaking guidance may be provided.
Where hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is given and/or alternative options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure.
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances stated, or in a different city. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before departure.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the potential congestion in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. A bed is not guaranteed for children aged 0–2.
Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction to the cities, lasting at most 2–3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours, as well as other tours included in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closure of roads because of events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible.
Because tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You may confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
If you do not purchase a domestic connecting flight, you must confirm the tour flight times. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise due to tour cancellation or changes upon purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this.
According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour departure point by their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for arranging all transfers themselves.
In accordance with airline rules, if guests do not arrive at the specified airport at the announced times for participation in the tour, or do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but still cannot board the aircraft, Fly Express is not responsible if the flight cannot be made. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets required to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area.
The responsibility for personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants lies with the individuals themselves; Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any costs incurred during delivery are borne by the owner.
In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, the guide may not be able to accompany guests individually because the integrity and continuity of the group takes priority.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the exact name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalties arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to a fee.
Seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
The times announced by our guide during the tours are the departure times, meaning the time the wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for equally considering the rights of all guests, will depart the vehicle without waiting at the meeting time. In such a case, a guest who is late must make their own way to the next stop.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not be operated, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether museums and archaeological sites at the destination are open or closed, and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
On our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the museum and archaeological site entrance fees either to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
The participant accepts in advance that they will join the tours to be organized as stated in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly agrees to pay, during the trip, the amount previously stated in the tour program for expenses such as local guide, museum and archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and if applicable, audio system headset fees, to the tour representative separately. The participant has been fully and clearly informed on this matter.
Where only category information is given and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before departure.
Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of their passports is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be able to fly by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
To avoid problems with border police at the destination country due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged, such passports should be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
