Day 2: Jeddah - Bangkok - Pattaya 16 March 2026
Then we depart for Bangkok at 02:00 on scheduled Saudi Airlines flight SV844. After breakfast served on the plane, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 13:40 local time. Meeting with our guide waiting at the airport and transfer to Pattaya by private vehicles. After check-in at the hotel, free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Unlimited sun and ocean enjoyment... From Pattaya beach, we go by speedboat to the Coral Island, with its white sandy beach made of coral dust and turquoise waters where we can swim all day among palm trees. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits.

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden tour, available as an extra. Overnight at our hotel.

First, we will watch a cultural show where we get to know Thai culture closely. You will not believe the abilities of these adorable animals, the symbol of Thailand. Then we visit the enchanting garden and see the special section with a wide variety of orchids.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour: the domestic connecting flight ticket purchased through Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa service and travel health insurance were used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services will have been used and therefore cannot be refunded; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be cancelled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any refund from Wtatil in the event that the tour is cancelled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, Wtatil reserves the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover airport transfers for the outbound and return international flights.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing, excluding air tickets for which payment has been made and/or which have been committed to the airline by Wtatil. If there are 31 days or fewer remaining until the start date of the tour, cancellation can be made by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price after the airline ticket cost is deducted. If there are 15 days or fewer remaining until the start date of the tour, cancellation can be made by paying the full tour price as a penalty. In case of cancellation, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation period, so prior information should be requested regarding refunds. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation/refund of additional services.
Guidance Services and Optional Tours
5- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites in the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads for any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible.
7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in cases of changes that may occur in flight times.
8- Important points to consider on our tours made with speedboats: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and large amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, and pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their condition.
9- If participation is not made in the tour or meal services included under the services section of the price, there will be no refund.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention shall apply.
11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and special flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
12- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
14- For those participating in air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s website.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced by voice at the airport and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed personally by the guests.
16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the times stated in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them on time but do not board the aircraft, and therefore cannot take the flight. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area in order to join the tour.
17- The standard baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not Wtatil’s responsibility.
18- For guests who wish to upgrade airline tickets using miles (to business or first class): after the tickets are issued, the upgrade may be carried out subject to the airline’s availability (please check your membership airline). No mileage guarantee is given for every flight. Please check whether the tour tickets are in an upgradeable class.
19- On some airlines, food, beverage, and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, Wtatil’s cancellation conditions shall apply.
21- Where hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated from the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Wtatil 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- At the time of booking the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declarе the name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as shown in the passport. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalty fees arising from cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your mobile provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
26- Wtatil will notify the hotel of requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts will be made for the assigned rooms to match the guest’s preferences according to the hotel’s availability. However, these requests are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfasts commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined if necessary.
29- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.
30- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 maximum.
32- In triple rooms, an extra bed is used; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type caused by the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child bookings.
33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by the guest, the relevant hotel may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to a “single child” in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
35- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Extra requests, and some additional services obtained from the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes may be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.
37- The route distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be longer due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and road conditions.
38- Wtatil may, in necessary or appropriate cases, change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, any costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and reports with them.
41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The refund of any deposit requested at check-out is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Passports of our guests must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
44- To ensure that entry/exit stamps can be placed in your passport at customs/border crossings, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
45- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse your entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, as responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country’s passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in any similar way, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Since children under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents, we recommend that minors under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.
